The CMHSR, as a whole, has targeted relationships with the following governement agencies. 

• Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Division of Senior and Disability Services
• Missouri Department of Mental Health
• Missouri Department of Social Services, Children's Division
• Missouri Department of Social Services, MO Healthnet Division (Medicaid)
• The Veterans Administration
